With a background in engineering and a deep passion for strength training, I bring a thoughtful, personalized approach to coaching. I understand that life gets busy, and that making time for movement, structure, and self-care isn’t always easy. That’s why I help clients simplify fitness, build sustainable habits, and improve their relationship with food — without guilt, pressure, or extremes.
