Yes. Bloom is a fully online 1:1 coaching program so you can work with me from anywhere. If you are local to me in person sessions are available as a premium add-on.
Bloom is built around a 90 day framework because that is how long it takes to build real consistency and see visible results. After 90 days you can continue month to month.
No problem. Every Bloom program is built with gym or at home flexibility. If you train at home I will build your program around the equipment you have or recommend a simple affordable setup.
That is exactly what Bloom is designed for. Every week during your check-in we map your calendar together and fit your workouts into whatever your week actually looks like. No two weeks have to be the same.
Most programs give you a template and wish you luck. Bloom is fully customized, fully supported, and built specifically around your real life. You get direct access to me throughout the week, weekly calendar mapping, full nutrition support including family meals and grocery lists, and a coach who is genuinely invested in your consistency.
Bloom is protected by the Bloom Promise. Complete your weekly check-ins and follow your program for 30 days and if you do not feel stronger and more consistent than when you started I will refund your first month completely. No hassle, no hard feelings.
